SwarmNet Solutions ("SwarmNet", "we", "us") provides an enterprise AI conversation platform that lets customers interact with their own data using natural language. This page describes, at a high level, how we handle information in connection with that platform.

Data we process

When you use SwarmNet, we process the data required to connect to your CRM, analytics, HR, logistics, finance, or e-commerce systems, the natural-language requests you submit, and the outputs generated in response. Access to that data follows your organization's existing roles and permissions.

Evaluation of outputs

Outputs may be reviewed through an LLM-as-a-judge evaluation step to check accuracy, completeness, and relevance before they are surfaced to end customers. Our internal team may also use aggregated, non-identifying samples for prompt benchmarking and quality testing.
