Why we built SwarmNet
Every platform has data, and every user wants faster access to it. We built SwarmNet to close the gap between "the data exists somewhere" and "I have the answer right now."
What we do
SwarmNet Solutions is an enterprise AI conversation platform that lets customers interact with their own data using natural language. Instead of clicking through dashboards, filling out forms, or reading through long documents, customers simply type what they need — ask a question, get a summary, generate a draft, or trigger an action — and the AI handles it.
This applies across industries — CRM, analytics, HR, logistics, finance, and e-commerce — because the underlying problem is the same everywhere: people need faster access to the data their platforms already hold.
How we ensure quality
We use LLM-as-a-judge to evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs across domains including financial data, e-commerce, and shopping — ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance before surfacing results to end customers.
The same model also serves our internal team for multi-project testing, prompt benchmarking, and quality evaluation workflows, so improvements are measured before they reach customers.
